Free Returns and Exchanges

You can return all products ordered on AFAMILYSPIRIT.COM within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns are FREE for France. For European countries mentioned (except France) and non EU countries (zone 4 & 5), return charges are to be paid by the customer.
